Project Management
- Supervises small and larger renovations, liaising with subcontractors and client.
- Sources and completes all internal and external finishes.
Fee: Calculated on a percentage of the renovation cost. The smaller the job, the higher the percentage.

Sourcing and Interiors
- All sourcing, buying and arranging of all interior furniture.
Fee: Based on a straight fee per room.

Consulting
- Vision and ideas for project.
- Mood boards for clients use and development.
